I went out today and purchased a digital scale. I weighed myself and the scale qouted my weight at 199.4 I truly thought that I would have lost more but, someone once said that "if you didn't put the weight on overnight, don't expect to lose it overnight." This makes a lot of sense. I guess I have no other choice but to take it one day at a time. I started July 31,2007 on this site at 205. It's now August 11,2007 and I am now at 199lbs. Slowly but surley, I have to do this. How is everybody else doing? I am so sorry it took me so long to get back to you guys.
