went to BDay party for grandson so yes I did have a small piece of cake & 2 pcs of pizza and 2 chocolate chip cookies......oh well, tomorrow I go back to it. My kids are all here so I probably will do the one meal/day in the evening with them and keep it vegie & low carb for 3 days then after a couple of them leave I'll then go back to the 3 day fat fast to get me back into it. Hope all is well with everyone in FS land and take care to ALL.

Sounds like your gs bd was similar to the one I attended last week for my one yr old great granddaughter. I had 1 piece of pizza. There was also cake but hubby was in too much pain to stay so I didn't need to make a decision. Sounds like you have a good plan for the coming week. Good going.
