Yea, I dropped 3lbs! 😃 When I started this serious journey on July 12th I weighed 246lbs and my A1C was nearing diabetic range. 😕 I started seriously counting calories, cutting out sugar & limiting carbs. I didn't find this awesome app until mid August. It's showing me the hidden sugar that I'm eating in my meals. I'm setting 50 lbs goals
