DAY 279..GOOOOOOD MORNING FS BUDDIES!!!! yes another cold morning to start off the day with 28..wind chill 21..not sure about a walk yet..but will probly go for one..have done some thinkin over the last 2 days and decided to change my workouts..to do my morning walk, then go back to lifting weights, then do a workout on the treadmill on an incline..im hoping by changing my routine again, that i can start gettin the kind of workout i need to get my weight off..with the cold temps and the dreary days, its been hard for me to stay focused on my goals..i need the kind of workout where when i get done, im just wore out..and right now im not gettin that kind of a workout..and i kno that..so ..time to crank it up a notch and get that kind of a workout..gettin nicer weather..time to refocus and get my thoughts back on hittin my mini goal..so i can reset it and move on to the next one..i feel alot better having lost what i have, but i have so much more to get off..and the pants that i picked up yesterday, i have to get into those..lol..the 36's are along ways off..but good motivation to work on...hope everyone has a great sunday .....



MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON

1. FOCUS ON WORKING OUT HARDER
2. EAT THE RIGHT FOODS - NOT THE JUNK FOOD
3. THROW THE SCALES OUT THE WINDOW
4. QUIT LISTENING TO THAT LITTLE VOICE WHEN HE'S NEGATIVE
5. THINK POSITIVE!!!!!!
6. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
7. SEE YOUR MINI GOAL..FOCUS ON THAT MINI GOAL..SEE IT IN YOUR MIND!!
8. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!

Good morning! I like your new mini goals that you set to focus on - they could apply to everyone here at FS. Besides the weight and inches lost - just think about the positive steps you have taken to improve your overall health. It is kind of empowering and exciting to know that we really have adopted a healther lifestyle and we can now include ourselves in that group of people....you know what ones I am talking about - the ones we used to call *health nuts*! You have lost a considerable amount of weight thus far and I am sure you are feeling better, have more energy and are becoming a lean, mean fat burning machine! Keep up your great efforts - and thanks for inspiring so many of us here at FS - because Loosinisfun!!!

thank you 4thehalibut, yes i am a differnt person when it comes to making wiser choices in the food part of my life..unfortunately i try and help others in my daily life thats not on fs, and they just dont get it yet..but im sure one of these days the light bulb will flicker..and the idea will finally soak in..lol..drd3775 and me was just talkin on yahoo chat about how much better we feel havin lost all the weight we have.. an how we cant wait for spring/summer to get out in the yard and do what we use to hate doing, cause it was a chore last year just to move around to do the work..and this year it will be a pleasure to be able to do it and take great pride in what we do that much more..having lost the weight, makes me look at everything in my life from a new set of eyes..a happier set of eyes to see the beauty of it all...

Yes.... yardwork!! lol As painful as it can be, I too LOVE it!! lol I love to garden and grow fresh veggies!! Theres nothing like eating something that you know is fresh and not been sprayed with toxins or touched with unknown contaminants!! You're doing GREAT!! I tend to get into a pattern and "slow" down and have to "refocus" to get things moving again, as I get comfortable in the stage I get into. Great idea to refocus and set some new mini goals! Keep up the hard work!
