Hello everyone 😀 Today is my birthday I am 58 years old. Should be a happy a happy day, but I am kinda sad, miss my Granddaughter. I always had CAKE,
ON my birthday, even just a cupcake, I know that sounds stupid, but it's something I have always done. But the day just started 😁 💙 😃 well anyway doing good, tomorrow is weigh in, hopefully good news

Happy Birthday!! Every day should be celebrated but especially your birthday. If you really wanted that cupcake, go for it. It is your day and that one little cupcake won't shatter your WOE. Now if you had a dozen I might think differently :) The worst that can happen is you getting a little extra water weight that will come off in a couple of days with good hydration. No worries.

You can make a really fun Keto coffee mug cake to celebrate, lots of recipes if you google it or go on Pinterest. Then you have the best of both worlds - you get to have your cake and Keto too! Happy birthday.

Happy Birthday! I had a my favorite Hostess Chocolate Cupcake for my b-day. I was still able to keep my calorie goal. I say go for the cake. We need a treat occasionally.
