I’m trying to not freak out that I’ve been yo-yo ing for past week or so. I think I’m going to look at glass half full that I managed to stay near my same weight after challenging long weekend with family gatherings... been stressed at work & taking care of mom & yet I’m sticking to my nutrition plan. Really want to get to my 15 pound loss mark in next 3 weeks. I will remember to give myself lots of encouragement... thank you FS community for being such great support!👍🦋🌞
74,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
