Yesterday I had a wonderful loss of a full pound and now I gained two pounds and a half. Urgh! I am not actually sure as to why. I was at 80% of my calories yesterday and I was careful to track everything. The only piece was the roast beef last night which had some fat on it and the gravy was a bit salty. Maybe???
