I think the book says something about cranberry supplements - and not taking them in lieu of cran water unless you absolutely have to - you can sweeten the cranberry water with stevia + and I usually put the lemon and cayenne pepper in the water (it kills the cranberry taste - which I dont like at all)
It sounds like your body is going through detox - I used to feel like I'd been hit by a truck in the mornings for about 4 days, but it gets better.
