I did the paleo diet for 21 days which gave me a good head start. Now I've been doing normal dieting for another 3 weeks trying to stay below 2,500 calories a day and trying to keep carbs at 160g a day max.

Thanks 😎 The paleo diet is a form of low carb diet based pretty much on what cavemen would eat in the paleolithic era. Allowed foods: All meat and fish All fruits and vegetables Eggs Nuts (no peanuts) Beneficial fats and oils (olive oil, coconut oil ghee) So no rice, no noodles, no potatoes, no pasta, no added sugars, no grains, no processed food.

Thanks 😊 Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - Stationary bike and weight lifting. Sunday - Stationary bike for 20-30km Apart from that, running around the office like a headless chicken for 45 hours a week 😁

whats the different between paleo and keto/?

Keto is extreme low carb dieting (like 20g of carbs a day), which puts your body into a state called Ketosis which means you're more or less functioning by burning fat.

is paleo diet way better than Keto? i've been on keto diet for 2weeks and lost 2kgs only🙄

Paleo sounded better to me as it wasn't as strict on Carbs as Keto. I was averaging 75g of carbs a day on Paleo vs 20g per day for Keto. As for the 2kg in two weeks, it may be OK depending on your starting weight.
