Diario de geo99, 12 may. 10

I am just too impatient at times. Today I did some spring cleaning on the deck. I was not huffing and puffing like I used to, but my back still hurts from the extra work. I know that it will take time to regain the lost muscles that the last decade of sitting around erased, but I still get frustrated. I am also going to try increasing my calories a little to see if I can increase my weight loss rate. I am losing inches though, so maybe I am increasing muscle that is counter-acting the fat lost. I know I have good results, but really want to floor my doctor when I go back in 5 weeks. Going to increase my weight lifting and do more stairs (if my knees will let me).
