I think most people think this can happen in a short period of time which it can if you do it the unhealthy why but to get is right and maintainable it takes long. As @csiunea said two years of healthy eating, training and repeat consistently. Well done on your big achievement two be consistent so Long is amazing I am consistent with trading but not healthy eating its hard and that is why I want to applaud you for work well done

Sometimes I get disappointed as results are very slow. That’s why I try to do collage and then I can see the difference! It’s been 2 years of ups and downs. I tried to eat very little in the begging between 500-900 cal and I was so wrong!! Now I eat around 1700, lots of carbs , fats and feel so much better! My weight increased because of the muscle but in cm/ clothing I’m smaller. Eating is 80% of succes

Ye... but that is not just eating the right food. Eating well and watching your carbs and calories will bring your weight down. Definitely some running, gym and a lot of determination in lowering the scale + toning the body. Well done csiunea.

Thank you, I do not look at the scale anymore, very rarely as I gained 3 kg in muscule , I measure my self and that’s when I know that I lose fat and not my muscle

Congrats. You look fantastic and healthy. I am doing LC but results are coming so slowly. It’s being bit disappointing but keeping forward.
