DAY 276.. GOOOOOOOD MORNINGGGGG FS BUDDIES !!!!! 33 OUTSIDE..WIND CHILL 25 goood day for a morning walk..was in the 40s yesterday dryed up all the roads and sidewalks..so il be gettin my layers on in a hour to get my morning walk in..lookin forward to that refreshing morning air..then headed to the gym for another workout..been doing the treadmill on hill programs..and with lots of resistance..then have several errands to run today...get stuff done today, another snow storm again tomow...not sure how much..if it passes over and leaves no snow thats fine with me..lol..hope evryone has a great day..and a great workout..keep that body moving...


ADDON: got my morning walk in..even walkd faster then usual, i was told walkin on a treadmill, with resistance and doing hill programs would make the walks faster..and i was a song faster then a few weeks ago..same song as a few weeks ago even...then went to gym..got my 2x30 min on treadmill hill program and first time resistance was 15,..second time only about 6..lol..was runnin outta steam...still have ab crunches to do today..gonna do 2x20min of ab crunches..
tryin to go up a notch in my exercise ...befor spring gets here...

Left Dr. Phil alone last night and at your suggestion, listened to my sons MP3 player... what a difference it made. Actually helps with the motivation. Appreciate the suggestion. Very sad I let the treadmill go the last 2 weeks as it kicked my butt last night. It's going to take me a week or so to just get back where I left off it...will never ever let it go that long again. :)

All kinds of good reading on that site..i was lookin under the grocerys..an lookin to see the best choices..as far as less salt in the food, and healther foods...

thanks for putting that article up. very interesting. and scary... i can't believe the industry wants to feed us that much! lol its so hard to stop eating when you are there. congrats on your walk, seems like you really enjoy them.
