Diario de patriciamarengo, 28 ago. 18

Well... I give up, it looks like my weight will stay like that. No matter what i eat or how much excercice i do.
I suppose i shouldnt be so surprised. Silver lining, i can go back to eating icecream every day, considering that my weight didnt shift even when i ate super healthily and started excercicing a lot.

when you hit a stall you need to wait it out. your body is adjusting not only to the new diet, but to your weight loss. Keep up your exercise keep hydrated and make sure you get enough protein. We all go through this. sometimes the stall lasts for a couple weeks, for some it lasts longer, but they do lose size. it is not all about the scale. Have patience. If you are eating within your correct calories for weight loss, you will continue to lose fat which really weighs nothing. when you exercise your muscles / body does retain water. so many things going on. You will get there. Heck, I was over 600 calories under my RDI for a days when you figure my heavy exercise and I gained 1.5 pounds. Part of it was I was eating food that I am sensitive to which makes me retain water for days. The rest is the workout I had yesterday.

I suppose youre right. But im speaking from past experiences. Like when i was younger. No matter what i did i still stayed on the same weight. So right now i cant feel really motivated. But i will still do excercice and eat more healthily, just not as strictly as before.

Sometimes that is what works eating healthy cutting out refined carbs and sugars, exercise is always a plus and just eating healthy and not going crazy over the long term works just fine. The body fights back when you lose to a certain level. keep an eye out for foods that may cause you to bloat too.

Well... I rarely eat till i bloat cause it makes me really hard to control not throwing up. (Whether with healthy food or junk food). So i always try to eat little. I'm afraid of bouncing back to bullimia.

no I meant some foods can cause bloat. and good job on always having something to eat. that is a challenge sometimes for me too.
