I wish someone could pack me food for work.... I either starve trying to pick healthy food during work or give up and eat junk. last week, I averaged just over 900 calories a day including my weekend binge. Really wish it could be easier.

Hahaha I know... But after working in the restaurant industry... Standing 12 hours all day, making food and washing dishes... then baking after hours for the shop..... I'm honestly to tired. If nobody is home... I'd honestly just make popcorn and wanna flop into bed and that's it. Very bad and lazy of me I know. Worse is... After such a long day I end up eating all the extra food I'm supposed to pack for work.

lol Fitchef is too expensive for me and really don't want to live off powdered stuff again or highly processed "health" snacks. Loong ago used to do the six meals a day and powders etc and gym like crazy. It's really expensive and actually messed me up. As convenient as all the quick bites are... they ain't within my budget :-P Saving up every cent to help my parents move overseas and join up with my brother for their retirement \\(^,^)//

Meal prep on your off day. I just meal prepped about 4 meals and a weeks worth of breakfast in about 2.5 hours.

Hehe I know. Er... To give you an idea how my off day was this Sunday.... I was not able to eat from antibiotics, tried to sleep in a little late to recover... but was called in to work to open the shop.. worked till 10am... Headed back to looked after a sick kid in between house and garden chores.... spent from 10:30am-5pm gardening, ended up ordering a pizza to be delivered for everyone else to eat...... And carried on working in the garden till 6pm... Took kiddio to his mom's house... Got back and carried on in the garden till 8pm... then... Measured dry ingredients into Tupperware, chopping nuts, fruit, etc... And organised all the ingredients to make my Christmas cakes... Showered and tried to sleep around 9pm.. stayed awake most the night in pain and dizzy. Then got up at 5am to water the garden, got sick from antibiotics and ended up late for work. Usually all my off days are something along these lines. Oh and did laundry inbatween. Worked non stop. So my off day started at 7am helping my bfs kid with food poisoning... Working flat out till 10pm. On a positive note built two green houses of sorts and put up poles for all my tomatoes and where I ran out of time to plant the soil is all mixed with compost. All hard labour on an empty stomach and dizzy. I'm honestly struggling with time running around constantly helping everyone. Don't even manage to fit in cutting my nails.

but I'll definitely try just cook up at least a pot of rice and veggies and pack for work. So far the only thing that i can keep consistent and works well is packing all my supper (the hot food) for work then just eating the salad and steamed veggies for dinner... like almost doing those 12 hour fast diets where you don't eat after 6pm but I cheat with veggies.
