Just a silly question... just how accurate is the "calories burned" section???? because if it is accurate my job alone makes me burn well over 2000 calories a day (excluding gym and house chores).

I wouldn't say very accurate, because each individual's body works differently. For instance, a person with more muscles of same age & height as a person who has less muscle mass, will burn more calories internally because muscles use more calories.

True that. Was just wondering how accurate it is... also I assume if your body is used to daily activities... maybe the calorie burn would be less due to not being difficult anymore.
If I'm burning over 2000 calories surly I'd be as skinny as a stick eating what I eat some days, specially back when I used to gym after work. I don't know. plus I packed on a ton of weight nibbling a chocolate croissant here and there.
All I do know is I still have a lot of muscle coz used to do lots of sport long ago, can still leg press 200kg and I carry 30kg stock down stairs to the store room often.
But I have no clue how to actually calculate calories used up during the day... so I'm always dizzy at work... specially after I eat fruit.

If you google TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure) calculator then you might get an idea.
