Diario de geo99, 10 may. 10

Trying to start getting some more exercise, but still have to lose more before I can do a lot more. I am doing squats, lifting weights as I can and walking a little more. My knees and legs are getting stronger and less painful each couple of days, so it shouldn't be too much longer and I will actually be able to walk. Trying to do great this next few days to try and hit the 375 mark. It has been a good couple of days as the lost weight is visibly noticable so that makes me happy.
