Diario de sweetsin, 15 ago. 12

Looks like the scale is starting to go down..It said 166 this morning. I've been watching my carbs closely, eating less at meals, and not eating after 7pm. I stopped drinking regular soda, but switched to diet and am limiting it. I've been drinking water and those sugar free packets. Some of them even have energy. If I want something I will not deprive myself of it, but will just take a little bit of it. I do this so I don't go all psycho and eat the whole thing. It seems to work. I'm not really on atkins full force, but I think in the way they do. I can't have only 20 carbs a day for health reasons. I keep it between 60-75. I can't figure out how to change the induction phase under the weight loss graph.

it's a good thing, not to go psycho, lol...i'm like you, if there's something that I really want, (like when I give my husband milk for dinner) I have just a taste, that seems to work for me - good luck to you!
