This weekend was a frustrating weekend for me, I'm dealing with some personal financial issues and in my opinion i went way off course with my healthy eating plan. I'm frustrated but trying to get back on schedule this week. I didn't over eat or anything to bad just ate what was not good for me. Also i bought a scale to have an accurate recording and tracking and it was broken so i have to go return it. That started the frustrating weekend. Hopefully i can get back on track this week and ill record a weigh in at the end of the week. Thanks for the support. Also i would like to say that last Saturday May 1st i joined the gym and to my delight i went 6 out of 7 days for at least an hour. I've decided to make Sunday my off day and so i hope to continue the 6 day weeks. And it is a full hour of cardio i am doing. So i am proud of myself on that note. Gotta look at the good with the bad to make it work.
