Diario de loosinisfun, 03 mar. 08

Day 273..O what difference a few days of sunshine make 61 outside..but with the good, comes bad..temps are to drop today and rain is first to come, then freezin rain, then snow...3-6 is what they are sayin right now..so who knows till it gets on the ground..so lookes like another workout on the driveway is coming..my total steps yesterday was 12551..kept busy first part of the day..then yesterday afternoon i got on the floor and did ab crunches..need to start going up a notch on exercise..ive noticed before the warm weather i was gettin laxed on exercise..but i think that was just the cold weather..but im more focused now an ready to move on..my next mini goal is within reach..so need to get with the program and start working out more..gonna make it a habit of doing more ab crunches thru the day..adding 10-20 on each day..get bck up to what i use to do..an kinda laxed on..no walk today just started rainin here..an the temps are starting to fall..so headed to the gym for my workouts...have a great day..

ADDON: would of rather got a morning walk in, but already rainin for the day..so went to the gym to get my workout in..did the treadmill on a hill program for an hour..had to do 2x30 min sessions, cause thats all the higher it would go in minutes..worked up a good sweat..now its time to get on the floor and do ab crunches..might be rainin outside..but im more focused now..and ready to get bck at it..

I don't know friend...I think JUST GETTING TO THE GYM is going to be a challenge for me today... YOU, on the other hand, are eating healthy and getting your exercise done! I'm proud!

thanks to my fs buddies for the comments..i do appreciate the support..without the support im sure there are some days i would walk away from this site and do like so many that never come bck..dropping the weight, eating right, and exercising, is a daily struggle some days..not every day..just some..and if it wasnt for all the support, it would be easy for anyone to forget the mini goals they are focused on hitting and also ther main goal...THANKS TO ALL OF YOU..
