And here follows the recipe:
CRUST
1 1/2 cups Almond flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbs Xylitol
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 1/2 tbs butter
Mix all the ingredients until ball of dough forms. Press into greased pie dish and bake for 8-10min at 180 C
FILLING
2 Eggs
2 tubs cream cheese ....about 460g
1/2 cup Xylitol
1 Tbs Vanilla essence
Mix all the ingredients until smooth
Spoon into baked pie crust and bake 20-25min at 180 C
You can add lemon for more tangy taste, or berries for more sweet taste. You can play around with the recipe and add things you enjoy.
