Absolutely starving today. Met a friend for lunch and had a tostada, an enchilada, and a taco with a fried plantain! Then later a devils food cake with pudding (yes, low sugar, low fat) desert and a couple hours later a very thick lentil and garbanzo bean soup. Plus two breakfasts. But I finally feel better. I was starting to feel sick and thought I was coming down with something.
Hopefully I was just plain hungry and I'll be alright again.
The groin muscle is doing very well, as is the sciatica. I was starting to feel like I was falling apart! I think I can start working out tomorrow. Of course, tomorrow I have the biopsy so might not feel like working out!
