ookk.. so to lose a pound a week, you have to have to lose 500 calories. 1 lb is 3500 calories, so losing 500 calories a day should get you 1 lb a week off.... time to try and hit that mark.

ok, so there must be more to this. i weighed today, and it says i have gained 1.2 lbs since the 7th. ivan says its probably just my weight fluctuating. i hope thats the case!

Weight fluctuates 2-4 lbs a day i think. You have to weigh yourself at the same time everyday to keep a good progress chart. Like every morning before you eat breakfast is best i think.

yeah, that's what i do. i always weigh right when i wake up after i go to the bathroom.
