From hitting my goal weight.... ended up packing it all back on.... about 10+kg worth :-( and have all my giggly bits back. it's so hard keeping the weight off... just don't know how to keep it up anymore. was so exited to be slim and trim, then winter happened. Sigh.

definitely... ended up living off chocolate croissants, samoosas, fudge and coffee.... feeling constantly run down too lazy to cook food. it's just so easy to eat junk rather than pack food for work.
