It is such a gorgeous day here in ATL. I power walked 5 miles up and down ever hilly street in my hood. Listened to Queen, Bon Jovi, Good Charlotte, U2, MJ Blige, Fall Out Boy, Gwen Stefani, Green Day even a little Britney (new album not bad). Sometimes I listen to nature but not today, I rocked...as I walked....
Nervous about my Tuesday weigh-in. I've weighed daily in the past but am trying not to be too focused on the scale so I'm sticking to weekly weigh-ins. I've been eating right but will realize any effects of evening glasses of wine when I step on that scale. I'll get what I deserve. I think if I lose a pound or two, I'll continue being flexible. If there's no change, the wine will have to go.
