Starting measurements 5/26/18 Weight 193 Chest 41.5 Waist 40 Hips 47 Adductors 47 Neck 15 Today 8/12/18 Weight 170 (-23#) Chest 40 (-1.5") Waist 35 (-5") Hips 42 (-5") Adductors 43 (-4") Neck 14 (-1") So i lost 23# and 16.5 inches overall. I think i am most happy about my neck! Thank you Shaun t and helga! Going to do it all again and just going to try to do more and keep up better.
