Diario de princessvalerie, 12 ago. 18

I'm not supposed to weigh until tomorrow, but this week I just knew I had lost something. I am going to a Bridal Shower luncheon today so I decided to check so that if I did lose it would be motivation not to cheat at the Shower, BOOM! Two pounds :) I am not eating bad Bridal Shower food and messing that up, period! The hardest thing will be to say no to mimosas and cosmopolitans but I got this!

I just weigh every day, accept the fluctuations and am at peace with them. Makes weighing less stressful imo..
