Diario de eightpac, 12 ago. 18

Was hoping to wake up in the 91's but ah well. Had a good gym session this morning. Although I do not like intermittent fasting, It seems I am somehow doing it now, however the difference is that I am only doing it to hit the gym on an empty stomach so I can utilise body fat as energy. I am using carntine, hmb and cla to spare my muscle and seems to be working. Will see Septembers scans. I will try see if I can post my scan results shortly.
92 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 62,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
