I'm stalled. I have lost only one kilo in a month. I'm eating more fats and more calories (around 1400). I'm 2 kilos behind my goals :( and it looks like I have to cut back to less than 1000 again. It is dishearting as I don't want to live for ever in 1000-12000 calories a day. Do our metabolisms get damaged when we diet?
On the positive side I'm exactly half way through my ideal weight goal. It took me 15 weeks, I expect the second half takes me 30 weeks (twice the amount)) , meaning up to March. My progress bar is not orange anymore, I'm now in the Yellow zone area. Yay!!
