BlueEyes, you’ll find the bottom left has a home button. Click that then look at the top of the screen. The pencil is for your journal, camera for pics and you can use the ones on the top to log food and exercise:).

I've seen many make the mistake of not lifting while losing fat. You're bound to lose the lbm that you did have doing that. People concentrate on the scale rather than the mirror and end up looking a little emaciated. Sorry for being harsh about it but lifting while cutting is really important.
