I seem to be stuck at 167 lbs. I've recently read in Mark's Daily Apple to watch the total carb intake. I seem to be getting enough protein daily, but I think my carb intake has generally been 150g or below (with a few exceptions)which is probably better suited for maintenance than for weight loss. I will try my best to reduce my carbs some more to see if that makes a difference.
