Finally back in the only mindset that works for me. Counting calories and working out. I've tried so many "diets" or "ways of eating" and I find that if I don't hold myself accountable for the calories I put in my mouth, they all fail. Right now I am at a weight that I vowed I would never reach again. I sure don't like it but I'm the one who got me there. I started back watching what I eat at the beginning of July. So far I've lost around 10 lbs so its working. I find that eating foods that are low in calories and not sweets or breads, helps me to stay satisfied if not full til the next meal. So even though the calories are low, I am not starving. So its a win/win. The only thing now is to stay the course and be patient. Patience is not something I do well. LOL
