Diario de MarelYVR, 27 feb. 08

Hi,

Not losing weight... but fitting into some old clothes. Love it. Didn't do great yesterday but definitely better today. I'm planning to follow a mix of phase 1 and phase 2 with one exception... I was eating steel oats oatmeal every morning but a 1/2 cup of All Bran cereal with some fresh fruit seems to keep my system going a bit better. I found phase 1 / 2 to be a little constipating (sorry for the details). All Bran will eliminate that possibility.

Hope everyone is having a great day! My life, after a crazy month, is returning to normal - for a short time, before I move in March.
