Hi Everyone, I am on the Atkins Diet. I actually started this diet on July 31,2007. I have already lost 4lbs. I am going to weigh in again today. I have another week to go in the induction stage. I may stay on induction stage for 2 more weeks. My ? is where can I find the Ketos sticks.I have looked everywhere.

They have them at Wal-Mart and any drug store...look in the Diabetic supply section or ask the pharmacist. Good Luck!

Hi Mandie, I believe I found mine at walmart alsol. I'm on day 2, I wish us both good luck and I'll stay in touch.

Thanks, I am on day 8. I feel so much better now that I am doing something about my weight. I will keep in touch also.
