Diario de loosinisfun, 27 feb. 08

GOOOOOD MORNING TO ALL MY FS BUDDIES..DAY 268!!!!well another day of colder temps to wake up to in illinois..27...wind chill is 18..and we got a lite dusting of that white crap on the ground..hate that..cant tell which sidewalks have ice on them now..not good..not alot of ice is left, but just alittle on some of the sidewalks that either the property oweners are to lazy to scoop it off..or its in the shade and no sun can hit it to melt it..but according to the weather man, this weekend it will all be gone..still going for my morning walk..something i noticed yesterday..taking a week off cause of bad weather and ice, and walkin on treadmill..i noticed yesterday was i walked my morning walk faster..got home about 10 minutes sooner then usual..dont kno if its from bein on the treadmill and walkin faster, or if it was cause i just was into being outside for a change..but it was great either way..last night i went thru my closet again..tryin on old pants that was way to big now..was just makin sure i didnt have any smaller sizes i had missed..but nope..gonna have to look elsewhere..well gonna get layered up in a while and hit the streets to get my morning walk in..hope everyone is having a great day and a great week..

my total steps yesterday was 10169

ADDON: got my morning walk in..only found 2 patches of ice under that thin layer of ice..the last patch i was doing the backward stroke standin up...shewwww..didnt think i was gonna recover while standing...but i did..fancy foot work i guess..then went to gym and got my 24 min on elliptical, and another 20 on treadmill..now its time to start drinkin my water..so i can be dedicated to the potty room..lol..

Excellent dedication to your workouts.....You DO continue to inspire me to do better! I know what you mean about getting outside for a walk.....I LOVED mine yesterday and am already looking forward to todays walk.....huggies

hey can i ask how much water you're supposed to drink? i've heard sometimes people too much, but how much is too much? thanks so much and keep up the great work!
