Diario de Mamagurg, 05 may. 10

So today I weighed in and found out that I was one of the biggest losers last week in our group at work, that made me feel good. So I only lost .8 today, not a huge loss but a loss none the less. I really need to record food today but its going to be very difficult to figure calories today I ate a bunch of random things. Lunch wasn't bad I had 2 pieces of broasted chicken (and yes I ate the skin as well, it was delicious)but the rest of the lunch consisted of salads, greek no dressing, tuna salad low fat mayo, bacon ranch broccoli slaw (from Hungry Girl cookbook)homemade salsa and homemade pita chips. Now dinner was a totally different story, and I am paying for it now; I had a work event to go to and it was hourdouvers, cheese, antipasto table, chicken quesadillas, little spinach pies, veggies and wine. Not feeling so good right now, I could go to sleep, I'm so full. I FEEL YUCKY!!!!!!!!
Tomorrow is another day, and I am back on the wagon. I'm not going to let one little set back on a bad caloric intake day ruin how far I've come.
