This is what College lunch looks like. Lemon chicken piled high with veg. This was the smallest piece of chicken on offer, and I should probably have passed on the roast new potatoes (that is what counts as a 'small' portion at the canteen). My reckoning is that if it comes in at under 1000 calories I am still doing OK diet wise. The scales will be the final judge of that.
