Wow went on vacation for 7 days, totally abandoned the diet, guess what gained 8 pounds on my return, lost 4 the first day back, but it just goes to show how fast you can put it all back on in just a few weeks, so long to remove so quick to return, back to the diet and program, should be better now finally got my wife to participate in same diet.
