well I fell off the wagon big time and then the wheels rolled right over me!!! I wonder why I could be so into following the south beach diet and then when I had something not on program, pizza, I started having other things I shouldnt and just could not stop. I had lost 20 pounds but have put back on 9/ I have to stop before I gain everything back. I started back on phase one yesterday and pray I get as excited about the program as I was before.....

That's the trouble with having one thing off the plan, it makes you get back into the carb cycle of craving. The only way to get back out is to just decide to stop. I know you can do it. You have done it before with good results. Find ways to avoid slipping again. This takes some practice, but you will get it. :)
