Doing well, staying steady. I saw some family this weekend who I hadn't seen in months and had the fun experience of re-living the diet experience with them. Now that I've been at a steady weight for a couple months, I'm kind of used to how I look now and I forget a little bit about what a drastic change it is. They were pretty enthusiastic about seeing me again and seeing the changes.

Anyway, two of my husband's aunts were both really excited about the fatsecret site and the potential for SB diet for their lives. They both seemed like they would set up profiles here and join the community. If they do, I'll have to introduce y'all so we can give them some good support!

You are doing great maintaining your weight loss. I think that maintaining is just as hard as losing. It would be so easy to just let yourself eat what you want, but you aren't and I congratulate you for that! Tell your relatives that we would love to meet them here at FS!!

Definitely introduce your aunts whenever they are ready to come aboard. That chart of yours inspires me to reach my second goal and keep slightly below it as you have done. Right now I'm slightly above it and it doesn't reflect my efforts well. :-) You reached your goal long before I did and proved that you could maintain your weight. That has inspired many of us here to do the same. Keep it up Herbie!

AWESOME!! A well deserved pat on the back!! What an inspiration you are!! I have not been too successful in convincing anyone else to join the site, but well it works for me!! lol Guess if they don't want to try, then they'll never know if it works for them or not. I sure wished more would try it and find the success I have... it's PRICELESS!!! Congratz again to YOU Herbies!! =D Kudos!

Oh its just always so nice when someone notices your efforts and the results of everything you worked for! How wonderful that they were inspired by you, just like us here at Fatsecret are! So glad you are doing well and feeling good! YEAH!!! I love to hear the success stories!
