Good 😀 morning all supporters! Another hot day in Oregon. Last two weeks it has been 95 °. I will be happy to cooler days. I don't do well in heat, I had heat stroke when I lived in chicago. Ever since then I can't be out in the sun, I burn like a lobster, 20 min. I am burned everywhere. So heat is not my FRIEND !. So any way my day is going good. Didn't eat much lately, just my coffee and banana, yogurt, very small dinner ( if I eat at all ) One good thing I can't eat when it's really hot so I guess Oregon's hot weather, is my friend. TAKE care. 😃 🤣 Nattybun

95 degrees is great. We have been in the 3 digits for about a week. Today we have a little relief. I'm in Texas.

I can understand not liking the best with a previous heat episode... but I gotta tell ya I'm LOVING the heat we're finally getting in Oregon lol. It means I can go to the pool and not freeze my backside off. Although, as a fat chick too much heat doesn't work well for me since there's only so much I can strip off and still be decently clothed in public LOL. This week we're supposed to be getting temps in the lower 90s rather than what we've had. Where in OR are you?

Ugh. Huge heat and humidity wimp here. I Start complaining when it gets above 75. It’s why I live in the arctic tundra. Hang in there!
