Diario de princessvalerie, 26 jul. 18

Tiny bit annoyed at a 1 pound gain this morning but not going to let it discourage me, hubby made me take a huge salt hit before our walk in the 90 degree heat last night and says that is probably why. I still feel good and pretty full even though I skipped dinner last night so hopefully that annoying pound will be gone tomorrow morning and maybe take a friend with it :)

we all have water weight, it can drive you crazy the way the scale shifts. hopefully you will get used to this and not freak over the scale. I can gain 3 to 4 pounds of water weight and have to wait patiently until it drops.
