Diario de fallingoff, 25 feb. 08

1pm: I'm still recovering from a cold but I'm feeling a lot better today and managed to get some moderate exercise in today which I'll add to my successes.

Success Journal:

1. Got up at 5:30am and did 30 minutes of yoga which included strengthening exercises.
2. Did 25 minutes of walking at lunch time.

I am grateful for:
1. my health. I've managed to maintain my weight and good health over the past week.
2. the sunny weather which increases my energy and exercise options!

As I was walking, I noticed that the sleeves on my dress are looser so I'm definitely feeling the weight loss!
