I feel like a broken record, tomorrow is weigh in Wednesday, and I wanted to go and workout today but I just couldn't get it together. I had a pretty good eating day, I cut my calorie intake like I was advised do to the foot problem, I just hope it pays off. I came home from work in a good mood however that soon changed because my daughter jumped down my throat about something totally stupid and kinda took the wind out of my sails. Now I know I can't let outside influences take over and mess up what I am trying to accomplish but for some reason today it did. So tomorrow morning I will weigh in like I do every Wednesday and hope for the best and if the outcome isn't as favorable I would like, I will pull myself up by the boot staps and get back on the wagon again tomorrow.
