I start adding nuts back into my diet today wahoo! I started with walnuts with breakfast this morning. They tasted sweeter than I remember prior to atkins living. I'm down 5.5 pounds in the first two weeks of induction. It is a day or two away from my time of the month so I think my loss would of been a bit more...I know I am retaining water (like I do this time every month).
I feel fantastic. I have more energy. More energy is what I needed to keep up with my 13.5 month old. I love eating the atkin way.
