Not sure if Saturday's weigh-in was a downward fluctuation or this morning's was an upward fluctuation, but hey ho - I'm still heading down in the right direction overall...
71,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 23,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Thanks BT. I must admit that I was a bit gutted this morning, to the extent that I almost didn't log it on Fatsecret. However, since Monday has been my offical weigh-in day since I started this in July last year, I felt compelled to 'fess up and weigh in here! Judging by this evening's weight, it's looking like it was this morning's that was the fluctuation, but we'll see what the scales have to say tomorrow morning...

Aw, I know that feeling Leanne... how the demon scales can take us on a roller coaster ride eh! Grahh... mine showed 161lbs again this morning. I'm sure they do it to keep us on our toes. But hey, whatever the numbers we're all down from where we started, so that's a great achievement in itself. So keep up the great work and show those scales who is boss! ;o)
