wow - my bf and I partieeed yesterday with another couple. I haven't had that much beer in a loooong time. And, the scale shows it this morning. I wasn't even going to count my calories from yesterday, but why not? Yesterday is so not typical for us, but we sure had a ton of fun. I am not going to worry about it - doing that is not something I have to try to change, it is truly the exception to the rule thank goodness - man, beer is HIGH in calories. No wonder beer drinkers have a gut!
SUCCESS JOURNAL
1.Listening to Renee's new podcast on the way to a baby shower earlier in the day. She talked about sabotaging yourself with limiting beliefs. I'm getting sooo much better in that department. B4 I would have taken yesterday as a total disaster and chanted to myself, "see, I'm never gonna change" and that's just not so these days. Phew!!
2. Having a great time with another couple. My bf and I were single for so long. This is the longest relationship for both of us, so we are learning how to do this. it's hard to find other couples that we both are compatible with and we are doing it slowly but surely.
3. I'm grateful for not feeling completely hung over this morning.
