okay wtfudge... I am not proud of this gain but I am sure its due to ovulation. I think I hit a plateaux and coupled with ovulation I am retaining water and I am bloated. lets see in about 3 days... I am excited to fall below 95kg, feels like I've been stuck on 96 and 95 for too long now.
