Diario de rosesblue, 23 jul. 18

It took forever but I finally lost 5 pounds. I’m not doing so well at keeping the carbs down like I would like. Sugar not a problem. Rice, bread, potatoes, pasta, those are hard to work around. Can’t get blood sugar down so I know I need to work harder.

As far as your body is concerned, it views rice, bread, potatoes and pasta exactly the same way as a candy bar or a piece of cake. (Some will definitely argue with that) But for me, it’s true. Just trying cutting those out for a couple of days, and see how you feel. It might help. Best of luck!
