Diario de cynthiasoto, 20 jul. 18

Ugh I’ve been stalled at my current weight for a month. I’m actually bouncing up by a pound or two then back down. I hate plateaus. I’ve been doing a whole lot of research and I know it’s all self Induced. I haven’t been tracking everything, I haven’t been moving as much and worse, I’ve been making excuses!!

No more. Just home from a biz trip and I’m getting my butt in gear! I do best when I’m helping others, I know it sounds weird but if I am pushing others to do better it makes me feel more accountable to do better myself. I have a group of friends who are going to join me Sunday to help each other eat right, exercise and lose those extra pounds!!! Wish me luck!!

You're doing well, and if your calorie intake and macros are on target the body will follow. I hit a few plateaus and thought they'd never pass and wake up and be down a lb or so. Sometimes I needed to change things up a bit, but you know all this. Your doing great!

Good luck :). I’m the same as you. I push myself more when I’m helping someone else... or when completely alone so that nobody knows if I have a total epic fail ;P (like falling on my rear lol)
