Today not to bad on eating, I didn't go to class tonite because of another committment. I did get home in enough time to be able to eat with the family and go workout at Curves tonite. I was glad I was able to go today because I am still having problems with my foot. I need to step up the game, Wednesday will be here before I know it and I want to see the scale go down again!!!
